Portneka SDN BHD is in the business of providing mechanical building services, on shore and offshore oil and gas contracting work majoring in supply, installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Systems, Fire Protection System, Building Management System, which include Building Automation, Mechanical fabrication of Tankage, Piping, Pressure Vessel, Electrical & Instrumentation Our tasks are mainly in the project and construction management that include:

- Procurement of equipment and material
- Erection and managing labor sub-contracting
- Co-ordination of work
- Commissioning and authority liaison
- Service and maintenance

Brief History
Incorporated on 24th January 1996, Portneka Sdn Bhd with its team of highly qualified and with years of experience provides complete products and services in the area of Air-Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration System. A new Division was formed in year 2000 to undertake the provision of System Integration Services which entails various building systems to complement the core competence of Portneka. These include Building Automation System, Card Access System, CCTV System, Street Light Monitoring System and SCADA.
In year 2005 realizing great potential in the oil and gas sector, a division was entrusted to develop and participate in oil and gas contract i.e. EPCC, PCC and PCM.
Portneka Sdn Bhd is registered to Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) Gred 7 as a Bumiputera status company.
